• For cricket betting and other sports markets, bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are subject to real-time odds and may be settled differently from pre-match bets.
• Live casino game decisions made by certified dealers are final. Technical malfunctions during a live session may result in the round being voided and stakes being returned.
• Slots and RNG-based games use certified random number generation. RTP values are published on each game's information page where applicable.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that no fraudulent activity has been detected and all identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds are non-returnable upon closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 1tk11 shall be handled through the following process. We encourage players to raise concerns directly with our support team before escalating formally.
